This plugs into usb and then a c type plug directly above the left temple on the mask. The part that sits against the eyes is a bunch of rubber nonslip nubs, and the massaging and heating elements are vaguely above the eyes. The problem is that even on lowest heat, the heating element gets way too hot over the senstive and thin eyelid skin and the vibration is too intense for the eyelids also. I will use it on my forehead or behind my neck, but it would be unhealthy to use on the eyes as intended.
