Privacy policy

Viral Store ("we", "us", "our") operates viralstore.gpviralgenie.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Contact & order information: name, email, shipping/billing address, and phone number provided at checkout.
Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor(s); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar data collected automatically via cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfill orders, including sharing necessary shipping details with our fulfillment and dropshipping partners (such as CJdropshipping and DSers-connected suppliers) so your order can be shipped.
To process payments and prevent fraud.
To provide customer support and send order/shipping updates.
With your consent, to send marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.
To analyze and improve the Site, and to measure and personalize our advertising.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the store, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping/fulfillment and dropshipping partners, email providers, and the advertising and analytics partners described below, and only as needed for them to perform their services, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Advertising & Analytics Partners

We use advertising and measurement tools from third parties to understand how shoppers use our Site and to show relevant ads on other platforms. These include:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram): the Meta Pixel, Advanced Matching, and Conversions API.
TikTok: the TikTok Pixel, Events API, and Advanced Matching.
Google: Google & YouTube / Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics.

These tools may receive information such as the pages you view, products you add to your cart, purchases, and device and browser details. Where Advanced Matching is used, contact details you provide at checkout (such as your email address or phone number) may be shared in hashed (encrypted) form so these partners can match activity to their users. Each partner uses this data under its own privacy policy. You can control how this data is used for ads through your ad settings on each platform (for example, Meta's Off-Facebook Activity settings and TikTok's ad personalization settings), through your browser's cookie controls, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, some of this activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising, and you may opt out as described under Your Rights.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie banner.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK, Canada's PIPEDA, or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of your information, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

International Transfers

Because we work with fulfillment and advertising partners in other countries, your information may be processed outside your home country. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure wherever it is processed.
