It arrived super fast, but when I turned on the printer, a defect was detected on the screen. I have already contacted the store and am waiting for their response on what will be done.

The printer was a pleasant surprise, a world apart from the old one. Everything works perfectly, no damage whatsoever. I ordered delivery by courier, and it was delivered by SDEK. I placed the order, and it was already with me in 5 days.

The printer is initially good, but after the first resin leak, fatal flaws are revealed for such a device. The tower and all the attachments on the table are not sealed. Resin gets inside, and the printer from a young handsome machine turns into a glitchy old one. Later we find out that due to sanctions, there is no official support for the Russian Federation. And there is no unofficial support either. This is my story; perhaps yours will be different.
I always buy from this seller. Excellent products. Fast delivery. I recommend it and highly suggest the Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Pro.
Excellent 3D printer and original. The seller met the exact deadline. I was surprised because I bought the combo expecting to receive both together; I got worried when only one arrived, but the washer/curing machine arrived two days later. I haven't opened it yet, but I'll come back to inform if everything is working.

THE SELLER IS A SCAMMER!!! I ordered a combo printer and dryer, the printer arrived, but the dryer has been delayed for almost a month. I canceled the dispute 3 times based on their tearful assurance that the dryer had arrived and they were sending it. In the end, they missed the appeal deadline. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR PROMISES! CLOSE THE DISPUTE ONLY WITH COMPENSATION!!!

Excellent printer! I ordered in mid-September, there was a promotion at that time - with the purchase of the printer, 2 liters of resin were given as a gift, but only the printer arrived. I described the issue to the seller, and a few days later they sent the tracking number. Received everything, thanks to the seller for the promptness!
