The product arrived with a non-functional screen that does not respond to touches; I will file a complaint to request a return of the item.
There were holes in the box, but the printer was delivered intact. The build quality... is shown in the photo. The display was glued on crookedly. Therefore, before printing for the first time, I decided to set up the platform, despite the fact that the manual states that everything is already configured. I couldn't apply the protective film to the display, dust got in, I don't understand why it couldn't have been applied at the factory... it's a shame, I have to print without it. The polymerizer is not the first one. There are some nuances that are not immediately obvious about the software, but it works well and prints really fast; other printers I have couldn't do this with the same resin.
The delivery was super fast, and it's quite large. I haven't used it yet, but I've received good recommendations about this machine.
A practical and easy-to-use printer that is very intuitive; by doing the basics in assembly and adjusting it, it delivers a quality result. For beginners like me, use the recommended parameters for the resin you purchase, keep the vat clean, and you'll have success.

The Anycubic Photon M7 printer is excellent technology; this is my second printer from this brand, and I deliberately chose them again. NO! Due to rough handling during transportation, the screen inside came unglued and the wire contact from the board came loose. The printer wouldn't turn on at all.
At first I was upset, but now I want to say thank you to the seller and the Anycubic support team. We had a detailed conversation via email, and I sent them videos and photos of the damage. The specialist (David) gave clear instructions for diagnostics, and when we identified the cause (a broken contact), they sent me a new part without any further questions and even prioritized the shipment.
The equipment may fail during shipment, but the way Anycubic resolves issues is impressive. They approached the issue responsibly. I recommend the seller, but check the functionality immediately upon receipt!

Thank you for the M7, at such a modest price, I easily connected it to my profile, leveled it, and now I'm finishing printing the first figure.
I made the purchase on 11.11 and the delivery was fast. However, I was dissatisfied that the store had more than one product advertisement where one of them included the air purifier (even cheaper) and the shipment of this advertisement did not include the purifier. I believe that if there is no purifier and they inform that it is optional (but there is no option to select shipment or not), they should remove the image from the description of this advertisement, as this leads to error. They offered 1Kg of resin as compensation and it would be sent randomly. I made a counter-proposal and they do not allow me to choose a water-washable resin to use inside the apartment. Now they no longer respond in the chat, I believe they will not send the offered resin anymore... I bought other items (4kg of resin) but due to lack of communication and an advertisement that leads to error, I don't know if I intend to make new purchases with the store.
P.S. When cleaning and applying the film to the screen, I noticed a risk that I hope will not affect the printing.
