Add a little resistance to what you already do. These soft weighted bands strap to your wrists or your ankles, so walks, yoga flows and shadow boxing all ask a bit more of you.

450g or 900g per pair — pick your level, and the weights lift out if you want it lighter still
Wrists or ankles, same band either way
Wide hook-and-loop strap that stays put through running and jumping
Soft silicone and rubber against the skin, with a stainless buckle

Small enough to leave in a gym bag and forget about until you need them.

excellent product, high quality

Love to use for a working out great for legs and arms

As pic good quality thank you

Sturdy and easy to adjust, rubber band was included

They arrived quickly and in good condition! Love the addition of the resistance band as well. My only issue is they are considerably light. 900g, for me personally, isn't enough weight to make a difference but i'll still use them anyway

Great and convenient scales. I use them for both hands and feet. The quality is good. I will buy more.

Good quality. Arrived quickly. Thanks to the seller. Sent a stretch band as a gift.

Wristbands with the perfect size so they are not uncomfortable to wear; they can also be used as ankle bands, for jumping, running, and they don't come loose.

Okay

Good quality fits comfortably on the hand.

Perfect

The quality is high. Soft touch and easy to use. Good product but it is lighter than needed for me.

They arrived without defect, expected product quality!
Please wait to receive it; it may take a week for delivery to Morelos.

The quality is excellent! And they are indeed heavy. They included a sports band as a gift for me, I'm happy!

Very expensive for what it offers; they are just rubber bands with an elastic.

I had a good experience with the seller. he made sure to send the product i ordered on time without delay. i am very satisfied with the seller and the support he gave me in the conversation we had. i highly recommend him.
